The Sower...
Sows the Seeds

For this generation, we spread abroad, WORLDWIDE, a beam of light ( YESHUA), a glimpse of Hope and Truth, as we prepare the way and usher in the imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Following are excerpts from a series of articles which the Father has graced me to write entitled Make Us One. As it’s name implies, my hearts cry is for the Body of Christ to come together in oneness; Jews and Non-Jewish believers together, walking as one man; coming into the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Yeshua the Messiah). I pray like Jesus prayed....

Father Make Us One

In His Eternal Love & Service,

Gods Handmaiden

Make Us One

As we left off in our last edition, the April/May Edition of Reflect A Moment, we saw how that King Darius had issued a decree, that in every part of his kingdom, people had to fear and reverence the God of Daniel, which by the way means God is Judge, which accords with the character and contents of the book of Daniel.  Isn’t it awesome how that the God that we serve has a way of manifesting Himself and getting the attention of His children at the appointed time.  Look around you, my friend.  Have you been observant of the signs of the times?  There have been earthquakes in China, cyclones in Myanmar, fires in Florida and California, tornadoes in Oklahoma and Georgia, sinkholes in Texas, gay marriages being legalized in California, effective June the 14th, wars and rumors of wars, sky rocketing gas prices, home invasions, gang wars escalating, drug transactions at an alarming high, and let’s not forget this controversial political campaign, which is in progress right now.  Wake Up Body of Christ!  I submit to you that our God is the same God yesterday, today, and forevermore, and He is the Living God, and He endures forever.  His Kingdom will not be destroyed, and His Dominion will never end.  He rescues and He saves; He performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth.  Again, I submit to you as well, House of Israel, that the God Who judges . . . the God Who manifested Himself in the book of Daniel to the Medes and Persians, still requires all of His children to fear and reverence Him.  Play time is over!  I hear the Spirit of the Lord say, go back to your first love . . . your spontaneous love . . . your Agape love.  He says to go back to where you were when you first met Him and were introduced to His commandments.  He says listen to what was spoken unto the angel of the church of Ephesus through His servant John in the book of Revelation.  But before we go there, let’s just start at chapter number one of this book of the  unveiling . . . The Revelation of Jesus Christ.

THE Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto Him, to shew unto His servants things which must shortly come to pass; and He sent and signified it by His angel unto His servant John, Who bare record of the word of God, and of  the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.  Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. (Revelation 1:1-3) (Selah) Pause and calmly think on that.

Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; ‘These things saith He that holdeth the seven stars in His right hand, Who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; I know thy works, and thy labour and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil, and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: (Revelation 2:1-2)

Listen Body of Christ, give ear Oh House of Israel, Abba Father says that He sees your works.  He sees those of you who faithfully sing on the choir . . . usher on the usher board, or serve in whatever capacity you do, in your place of worship.  God says, I see your labor and patience, even when there have been some in the Body of Christ which have said that they are apostles, claiming to be sent by Me, and are not, and you have found them to be liars; yet for My names sake, you have labored, and have not fainted.  See the next verse.

And hast borne, and hast patience, and for My name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.  Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.  (Revelation 2:3-4)

Do you see that Body of Christ?  Just like this church in Ephesus, many today have left their first love, and that first love is JESUS!  Hear oh Israel, the Lord thy God is one Lord.  Saints of God, Jesus didn’t just show up in the New Testament scriptures.  Jesus has always been here, yes, even before the foundation of this world.  Let’s just park it here for a moment, so we can take a look at it; because we have got to get back to our first love.

IN the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God, The same was in the beginning with God.  All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made.  (John 1:1-3)

Hold up! Do you see this saints of God?  In the beginning was the Word (Jesus), and the Word (Jesus) was with God, and the Word (Jesus) was God.  The same was in the beginning with God.  Saints the same was in the beginning with God because Jesus *is* God (Selah) Pause and calmly think on that!

In Him was life; and the life was the light of men.  And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.  (John 1:4-5)

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1:14)

House of Israel, the Word (Jesus/God) was made flesh, and He came down to this earth and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.  If we went all the way back to the very first book of Moses called Genesis, which means – The Beginnings, you will find the following words.  By the way, what does beginning mean?  It means the point at which something begins.  In other words, Jesus was not the first creation of the Father, He was there when it all started, you know . . . in the beginning.

IN the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.  And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  And God said, “Let there be light:” and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.  And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night.  And the evening and the morning were the first day.  (Genesis 1:1-5)

Do yall see that?  God called the evening and the morning the first day.  Remember this sisters and brothers, for we shall refer to this in later lessons.  But back to the Godhead . . . God the Father and God the Son.  Let’s look again closely at verse number 3.  All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made.

So when we read in Genesis where it says in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth, if we look through our spiritual eyes, we can see that the Bible is talking about the one that later became known as Jesus . . . Our first love.  Yeshua the Messiah was there in the beginning, and He created all things.   Now, let’s look at another witness, because by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established. (Matthew 18:16)

Therefore the LORD Himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. (Isaiah 7:14)

And she shall bring forth a Son, and thou shalt call His name JESUS: for he shall save His People from their sins.  Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the LORD by the prophet, saying, “Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a Son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.”  (Matthew 1:21-23)

Do yall see that in your bible?  Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.  I shall submit to you again, House of Israel, that Jesus and God are One.

And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to Thee.  Holy Father, keep through Thine own name those whom Thou hast given Me, that they may be one, as We are.  (John 17:11)

If you’re curious as to what Gods Name is . . . His Name is JESUS . . . Our first love.  Remember, we just read that in Matthew chapter number 1.  The same God that created the heavens and the earth . . . the same God Who led the children of Israel out of the wilderness . . . the same God Who parted the Red Sea was Jesus . . . Our first love.

Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; And did  all eat the same spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. (1 Corinthians 10:1-4)

Body of Christ, the Apostle Paul doesn’t want you to be ignorant of the fact that it was Christ who led the children of Israel out of the wilderness.  Jesus didn’t start with the virgin Mary.  He came through the virgin Mary.  Jesus has always existed from the beginning because Jesus *is* God.  He is the voice of the Godhead, and that voice is pleading with His people . . . Come back to your first love.

And God spake all these words, saying,

(I.)     “I am the LORD thy God, Which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before Me.  (Exodus 20:1-3)

Do you understand this Body of Christ?  Stop making your jobs, your children, your cars, and your money gods.  Turn back again to your first love.

(II.)                     Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous GOD, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love Me, and keep My commandments. (Exodus 20:4-6)

The Lord our God/Jesus is a Jealous God.

(III.)                 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain. (Exodus 20:7)

Stop acting like you’re representing Him, just because you use His Name.  If you love Him . .  . Keep His commandments.

(IV.)                 Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:  But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.  (Exodus 20:8-11)

Sisters and brothers, Jesus did not say remember the first day of the week, which is Sunday.  God said to remember the Sabbath Day, which is the 7th Day, and He said to keep it holy.  Gods calendar has never changed.  Man’s day starts at midnight.  God’s day starts at sundown.  Remember back in Genesis, the evening and the morning were the first day.  It always was . . . and it always shall be.  Let’s go back to our first love.  The Lord blessed the Sabbath day, not Sunday, and hallowed it.

(V.)                     Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

(VI.)                 Thou shalt not kill.

(VII.)              Thou shalt not commit adultery.

(VIII.)          Thou shalt not steal.

(IX.)                 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

(X.)                     Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.”

And all the People saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the People saw it, they removed, and stood afar off.  And they said unto Moses, “Speak thou with us, and we will hear:  but let not God speak with us, lest we die.”  And Moses said unto the People, “Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that His fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.”  (Exodus 20:12-20)

Take a look around you my friends, God is calling out to His people

Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.  (Revelation 2:5)

Repent . . . Repent Oh House of Israel.  Turn back again to your first love, because if Israel be lost . . . Jacob shall in no wise loose his reward.  More in our next edition.

Moments of Meditation

It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, And to sing praises unto Thy name, O Most High: To shew forth Thy loving kindness in the morning, And Thy faithfulness every night, (Psalm 92:1-2)

Anointed and appointed to share an end time word with the Body of Christ, I am honored and blessed to have Ornatta Monique McFadden, AKA Sista Divine Mind , a fellow member of Baltimore’s Kingdom Poets to enlighten us through the Word of God. Sista Divine Mind has been a *faithful* member of the Poetic Moments Forum, as well as the Kingdom Poets since it’s inception back in 2002. Also since January 7, 2007, with the launching of the Voices of Victory Radio Broadcast on The Praise House.Com, my dear precious sister has also been *faithful* to be on the air every Sunday evening. Saints of God, the Bible says that it is required of stewards to be found faithful. Truly I praise the Lord for this bold soldier in the army of the Lord, and how God is using her for His Glory! Sit back and be blessed as the Spirit of the Living God uses her to pen His words to strengthen and fortify you as they come straight from her heart to yours!

Traditions of Man

I have a question for you. Why is it so easy for people to follow the things of the world without question; but when it comes to God you have a why for everything God says? Now I was raised in a home where we celebrated all of the man made holidays. I always thought we were living.  But as I got older, I began to think. Why did God want us to celebrate Presidents Day, or why did we need to have fireworks shooting in the air?  Why do we have to cook a meal to show our family that we are thankful?  Or why does a man in a red suit suppose to make us holly and jolly. It was not part of Gods will for His children to break the bank at certain times of the year just to show people what they mean to one another.  We don’t have to wait until Valentines Day, when some little man in a diaper shoots an arrow into your  heart to show some one you love them, but do as God says.  God told us to love your neighbor as yourself.

Mark 12:31

31The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these." Lev. 19:18

James 2:8:    8If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, "Love your neighbor as yourself," you are doing right.

You don’t just love yourself during the holidays. So why have man made traditions taken over our households?  When are we going to allow God to take over the household?  We allow what ever holiday it is to dictate what foods we will eat, but when God tells us what to eat, and what not to eat, we act as though we don’t understand.  Now in the Word of God, if you go to the book of Leviticus, God the Father tells you what you can, and can not eat so that you would not have to figure out what to do. This is what He left for us.

Leviticus 11:1-25

1And the LORD spake unto Moses and to Aaron, saying unto them,

2Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, These are the beasts which ye shall eat among all the beasts that are on the earth.

3Whatsoever parteth the hoof, and is clovenfooted, and cheweth the cud, among the beasts, that shall ye eat.

4Nevertheless these shall ye not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the hoof: as the camel, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

5And the coney, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

6And the hare, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

7And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you.

8Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase shall ye not touch; they are unclean to you.

9These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat.

10And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:

11They shall be even an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination.

12Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that shall be an abomination unto you.

13And these are they which ye shall have in abomination among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,

   14And the vulture, and the kite after his kind;

   15Every raven after his kind;

16And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,

17And the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl,

18And the swan, and the pelican, and the gier eagle,

19And the stork, the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.

20All fowls that creep, going upon all four, shall be an abomination unto you.

   21Yet these may ye eat of every flying creeping thing that goeth upon all four, which have legs above their feet, to leap withal upon the earth;

22Even these of them ye may eat; the locust after his kind, and the bald locust after his kind, and the beetle after his kind, and the grasshopper after his kind.

23But all other flying creeping things, which have four feet, shall be an abomination unto you.

24And for these ye shall be unclean: whosoever toucheth the carcase of them shall be unclean until the even.

25And whosoever beareth ought of the carcase of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even.

Now I know you may say; why is God so concerned?  He was thinking about our health and well being. Most food has very bad affects on our bodies.  This includes high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and much more.  Now it may seem like God is a controlling God, but would you rather your Father prevent you from suffering some things, or do you always want to find things out the hard way?  There are so many things God has tried to help us with so that we did not have to go astray, but we had to learn on our own.  It’s just like with church service.  For years our forefathers allowed the flow of God to move any way it wanted to, but as time went on, someone decided that we needed to have a set order.  Now don’t get me wrong, we have gotten to the point where we have three morning services now, so we have to stay on point, or we are going to be late starting the next service. Oh how we forget the Spirit. When do we give way to the Spirit.  How does God move if we are too busy to realize He’s in the house?  There is no more teaching, but we hear preaching every Sunday.  Oh yes, God called for preachers, but when are we going to start teaching our people about Passover and the Sabbath? When do we stop teaching our children about an Easter bunny, and buying them clothes just to look good to the world, and start telling them that your Savior hung, bled, and died for you?  He died so that you could live any where you wanted. Teach our children that if God died on Friday, three days from that is not Sunday morning, because three days after He was supposed to have died is a Monday. We have to stop going along with tradition, and start reading for ourselves.  See we have to be taught, and the churches of today, not all of them, but most of them, are doing the feel good, or make you shout sermons. When are we going to tell the children of God that everything you are seeing right now, is God setting the stage for the final curtain.  Most people believe that they will know the devil when they see him, because of the way he looks, but the truth is, he looks just like you and me. We think that we understand how the devil is going to act, but the truth is, he is coming as a good guy. Once he has deceived you, then he will show himself.  By then, some people will be lost if we don’t sound the alarm.  It is time for church, as usual, to be over with, and it is time to dig deep in the word, nothing but the word, and come up covered in the only thing that will save you, the true Word of God. You have to know that you know, that you know, and let the adversary know, you will not be moved, but that you will stand strong and firm on the Word of God.  Stop thinking that if you are not at every service, or if you are not on every organization, that God can’t use you. God says to you:

 Ecclesiastes 1:13:

13 I devoted myself to study and to explore by wisdom all that is done under heaven. What a heavy burden God has laid on men!

2 Timothy 2:15:

15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

God does not want his children to be lost; that is why He gave us His only begotten son. It’s okay to celebrate the love that we have for one another, but don’t just wait until a certain time of the year, and don’t stop searching for God when church is over.  Look and see what He will reveal to you, as you search Him out all week long.  Remember, God is not a man that He should lie.  Seek Him while there is time, and position yourself, so that you will know when it is God, and when it is just a tradition of man.

Peace and Many Blessings . . . My Brothers and Sisters

POETIC EXPRESSIONS

           FROM ME TO YOU...

A Man's Point of View
By Franklin Tyrone McBryde

Franklin McBryde

franklin@kingdompoets.com

As we await the soon return of our Lord and Saviour Yeshua the Messiah, I am honored and blessed to present to you the genuine and unique poetic gift of Franklin McBryde, also a fellow member of Baltimore’s Kingdom Poets. God has given him a very special gift to minister poetically to relationships and particularly to the emotions of a woman. With so many marriages failing and relationships falling apart each and every day, the Father’s heartfelt desire is that we grow up and mature in this area, and have a sincere and genuine love for one another in our relationships, even as Christ also loves the Church. May Franklin’s insight in this area, as well as other topics of interest, touch your heart and soul in a very personal and intimate way . . . coming respectively from a mans point of view.

For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the Church. Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband. (Ephesians 5:31-33)

I find it amazing, that a lot of folk don’t know how to give of themselves

I’m not talking about giving you money, or giving the food off their shelves

We don’t care to understand, how important it is to love from our heart

We love doing the things that we enjoy, but genuine love plays no part

Do the words “I LOVE YOU” have no meaning anymore

And if it does, why is it so easy for you to walk out of the door

Or is it that we’ve confused the word love, with the word like

And instead of us really showing affection, it’s easier to just take a hike

It takes a special person, who willingly give themselves without reservation

Whose objective is to make you happy, a resource for your gratification

Yet some people feel that if they are loving you, they’re doing you a favor

Like there’s no one out there, that can, and will appreciate your love labor

You see loving someone, is just like working hard on your job

Some of us have very easy jobs, while others work very hard

Some of us love our jobs, we arrive early, others hate their jobs and arrive late

The result of our commitment to our jobs, often determines our fate

Employ yourself in your relationships, build your relationship into a firm

If you are enjoying the love you’re getting, invest in it, no deposit . . . no return

If you are uncertain about how to love someone, it’s not that difficult to do

It’s a spirit of giving freely of oneself, that must originate within you

Thank You for Choosing to Love Me

Thank you for choosing to love me—

especially at those times when I am most unlovable.

Thank you for choosing to love me—

especially at those times you tapped me on my shoulder

and I turned away as if I did not feel you.

Thank you for choosing to love me—

especially at those times when I heard you call my name

and I ran in the opposite direction.

Thank you for choosing to love me—

especially at those times when my friends

were too busy to listen to my problems.

Thank you for choosing to love me—

especially at those times when I stood at the crossroads

not knowing which road to take.

Thank you for choosing to love me—

especially at those times when I almost “lost it”

because of the stress of everyday life and everyday people.

Thank you for choosing to love me even more—

especially when I did not love myself.

Where I’m Supposed to Be

Lord, each day, please help me to stop and realize
that I’m right where I should be and to see it through your eyes.
Help me impatient never to be while stopped along life’s way,
but to trust you know what’s best for me as you’ve planned each passing day.

When it seems some other person is where I’d like to be,
please help me stop and realize that’s not your plan for me.
When it seems I’m in the back of the line and the line’s moving so very slow,
it’s then I need your assurance that all about it, Lord, you know.

When it seems I’m not progressing and barely getting by at best,
remind me, Lord, this stopping place most likely is just a test.
I know I am impatient as far as my future, Lord,
but staying where you put me, I must admit, is hard.

Although it’s hard to understand , I’m where I’m supposed to be,
for after all is said and done, you’ve planned the best for me.

The Sower . . . Sows The Seeds

God in His Infinite Wisdom has given us everything that we need to grow up in Him. As these scattered seeds are sown into the depth of your heart, may they be a cultivating tool to help grow you up into Him in all things, which is the Head, even Christ.

And He spake many things unto them in parables, saying, “Behold, a sower went forth to sow; (Matthew 13:3)

Storms

By Gordon Green

A storm is raging and the boat is tossed about

There is much panic as people yell and shout

Violent waves come crashing in

This is the worst it has ever been

As others fight to save the ship

Below the deck I quietly slip

Standing before His cabin door

I can hear my Saviour snore

I think of another time when I had stopped here

Overwhelmed by life circumstance and fear

Loudly I had burst in and frantically shook His bed

He tried to speak but I didn’t listen to what was said

Repeatedly I told Him all the things I had tried

With death imminent I broke down and cried

Despite all my efforts we were going to die

I did not understand and I did not know why

Without a word He arose and walked past me

On the deck of the ship He faced the stormy sea

“Peace, be still” and the waves began to cease

A calm came over me and I was at peace

Softly I open the door and quietly go in

As the storm rocks the boat again and again

With blanket and pillow I lay on the floor

Peaceful assurance as together we snore

…..peace…..

But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.  Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.  (Matthew 13:8-9)
