Silent Christians
I had a dream the other night
I learned just came true
Now I’m so devistated
I don’t know what to do
I heard my best friend screaming
Then she began to yell
I thought you were a friend of mine
She cried from the pits of hell
I quickly said I am your friend
When you called me I was there
It’s just difficult for me to show
Someone I really care
She said if you really cared so much
Why didn’t you tell me
There was a man named Jesus Christ
Who died to set me free
Why were you so silent
You never said a word
Did you assume I knew the Lord
And of His Love I’d heard
If you had only told me
Jesus would forgive my sin
I wouldn’t be in hell today
I’d be born again
Then suddenly I woke up
And sat straight up in bed
The next day I discovered
My best friend now was dead
I hit my knees and there I prayed
Forgive me Lord I pray
Give me another chance
To win a soul that’s gone astray
Give me strength to do your will
In everything I do
In this dark and wicked world
Just let me shine for you

Beautiful Women
God made beautiful women
in so many different ways.
There’s one for every occasion,
season or holiday.
Small hands to fit
into tiny spaces-
big lips to kiss
all “special” faces.
Wide hips or
small breasts-
you should always stand tall
above the rest.
Dark skin, light skin-
love the skin that you are in.
Thick thighs or skinny thighs-
you’re still beautiful in my God’s eyes.
Eyes of brown, green
or blue-
always remain to yourself “true.”
Big feet or small feet
for God’s cause they’ll help you stand.
Small, medium, large or in between-
God still holds onto your hand.
Look into the mirror
at the beauty within yourself-
for at the end of each new day
sometimes that’s all that’s left.
Who are we to criticize
the handiwork of God?
We all shall pass each test.
for through the eyes of God our Father,
we’re “first”, not second best.
So let your beauty shine each day
as He guides you through this land
and realize each tiny “flaw” we see
was still part of His plan.

Voice of Time
The Lord is the Voice of time
He only knows what is in store
A day is as a thousand years and no more
Your Peace surpasses all understanding
When I am weary you restore me
To you I come on my knees
You satisfy my longings
Knowing all that I need
In you I trust and believe
Life is nothing without you
You Jesus are the Great I am
My life has been changed
By the Blood of the Lamb
Jesus is the Life
His Fountain is the reservoir
For all to come drink
Receive the promise forevermore

Gods Love
God’s Love
Soothing as Water
Invisible as Air
Always there
Always there
No matter where I go
and what I did
Forgives like no other
Suicide, Asylum
No way
just say
I am sorry
Loving arms are there
Where it doesn’t matter what I wear
The color of my skin
But rather did I pray last night and
will I read my Bible tonight
God’s Love is what I want
cause heaven is where I want to go
