REFLECT
A MOMENT
|
For
this generation, we spread abroad, WORLDWIDE, a beam of light (YESHUA), a
glimpse of Hope and Truth, as we prepare the way and usher in the imminent
return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Following are excerpts from a series of articles which the Father has graced me to write entitled Make Us One. As it’s name implies, my hearts cry is for the Body of Christ to come together in oneness; Jews and Non-Jewish believers together, walking as one man; coming into the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Yeshua the Messiah). I pray like Jesus prayed....

Make Us One BLESS the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless His Holy Name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; (Psalm 103:1-5) Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His Word. Bless ye the Lord, all ye His hosts; ye ministers of His, that do His pleasure. Bless the Lord, all His works in all places of His dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul. (Psalm 103:20-22) Oh yes my friends, I will bless the Lord at all times, and His praises shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord and the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. I don’t know about you all, but I am excited about all of the doors of ministry that the Father is opening in these last days for the people of God. Surely you know that we are not only in the last days, but we are in the last of the last days, and as never before we have a mandate from the Most High God to blow the trumpet in Zion, and to sound the alarm. Of course, as we have pressed forward in 2007 to do all that the Father has entrusted into our care to do, so too have the obstacles manifested themselves to try to beat us down to discourage us from doing what the Lord has commanded us to do. But thanks be to God who always causes us to triumph in Him. Just as was seen in the last edition of Reflect A Moment, Paul and Silas ran into some obstacles along the way too, as they were busy being about Kingdom Business. The bible says in the 16th Chapter of Acts, that about midnight, as they were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, that suddenly there was a great earthquake. We are told that the very foundations of the prison were shaken, and that all at once, all the doors of the prison were opened, and everyone’s shackles were unfastened. Oh that’s good news saints of God, because what the Lord did for them, He is able to do the very same thing for us. And not only that, but listen to what else the Word of God says. Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. (Ephesians 3:20-21) Glory to God . . . Glory to God . . . Glory to God in the Highest! My friends, not only is GOD able to loose shackles and open prison doors, but He is even able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or think. Why should we even have reason to fear? Every now and then we have to replay the words of the Psalmist THE LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion: in the secret of His tabernacle shall He hide me; He shall set me up upon a rock. And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies around about me: therefore will I offer in His tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord. (Psalm 27:1-6) |
Oh yes saints of God, I *will* sing praises unto THE LORD. For when I think about the Goodness of JESUS and all that He has done for me, my soul cries out hallelujah, and I thank GOD for saving me. What about you my friend, are you thankful for everything our Heavenly Father has done for you? In this year of completion, we owe GOD a PRAISE for all that He has done, and for all that He will do for us. And the good thing about it saints, is that we don’t have to wait until the battle is over, we can shout the victory right now. All those things that have been promised to us shall be fulfilled. Can you receive it by faith? You see what God has for you . . . it *is* for you. NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh. By faith E’noch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:1-6) Listen Body of Christ, God rewards those who diligently seek Him. Can you receive it by faith? By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised. (Hebrews 11:7-11) Oh saints of God, we serve a *Faithful* God who always fulfills His Word. Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry. (Hebrews 10:35-37) Did you hear that Body of Christ . . . He that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Selah! (pause and think about that) More in our next edition! |
